- Equipment Operator Associates earn a starting wage of $19.50 (Plus Nights and Weekends shift premium)
- Equipment Operators must have Crown Reach experience

- Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Ensure accurate processing, loading, and shipping of freight in an accurate and timely fashion
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance
- Report to work on time and complete tasks as assigned accurately and on time
- 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday- Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:30am
- 3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00am-5:30pm
- 4th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00pm to 5:30am
