What You ll Do

Provide face-to-face care for adult patients on an inpatient rehab unit (20 beds)
Perform patient evaluations within 24 hours of admission
Conduct rounding and consults as scheduled
Participate in team conferences and care planning
Manage patient documentation and CMS-compliant procedures
Prescribe and monitor medications, including narcotics, per guidelines
Complete discharge summaries and post-admission evaluations
What You Need

Required:

Certification in BLS, valid physiatry (PM&R) license
2+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred
Strong skills in inpatient rehabilitation, patient-focused care, and documentation
Ability to work onsite during scheduled hours
