Lead Technical Program Manager, Architecture

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• We need advanced stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build productive relationships and influence decisions across cross-functional teams and clients
• We need advanced technical fluency, including familiarity with vendor products and vendor relationship management to support access to shared applications and services
• We need a strong track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced agile setting
• We need demonstrated analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability to break business, technical, or operational goals into manageable tasks and activities
• We need experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the workplace to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
• We need the ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in product management or a related domain
• Preferred: experience leading product lifecycle activities such as discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Preferred: ability to support Product Management with discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions and add them to the product roadmap
• Preferred: ability to assist Technical Leads in maintaining and developing a product backlog that supports the strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Preferred: experience with Agile/Lean delivery at scale, including Scrum/Kanban and PI planning concepts, plus tooling such as Jira/Confluence equivalents
• Preferred: Scrum and/or SAFe certifications such as CSM/PSM, SAFe Agilist, POPM, or RTE

• We develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines, to deliver technology solutions on time
• We identify and reduce risks by addressing roadblocks early and creating contingency plans to keep projects and programs moving
• We collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals
• We use advanced analytical reasoning to evaluate program performance, identify improvements, and apply data-driven optimizations
• We promote agile methods and technical solutions while encouraging continuous learning and innovation within the team
• We use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to speed up program planning and risk synthesis, such as consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates, while validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
• We encourage reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, with human review and alignment to delivery standards
