What You'll Do
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
• Communicate changes promptly to providers and families
• Support and guide STNAs to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and well-being
What You Need
• Active LPN license in Ohio
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the care team
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach
