- The Billing Clerk will perform general clerical duties, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office records.
- Process billing and maintain accurate documentation.
- The Billing Clerk will support the day-to-day operations of the transportation department.
- Communicate with internal staff to coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in resolving customer issues by providing updates and collaborating with team members.
- The Billing Clerk will perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
- Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Dependable, professional, and eager to support a busy office.
