Evaluate and grade project submissions for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and adherence to reporting conventions. Contribute input artifacts and golden reference responses for status, activity, and compliance report types. Support the creation of guidelines, criteria, and evaluation rubrics for AI-generated federal reports and staff writing. Consult on task design and requirements using specialized reporting expertise. Participate in feedback cycles to ensure deliverables meet evolving project and client standards. Minimum 3 years of federal reporting or staff writing experience. Prior experience as a federal professional in the U.S. Department of War/Defense is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of clarity, tone, and federal style-guide compliance. Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for official reports, memos, and presentations. Ability to explain reporting methodology and provide feedback for training and assessment.
