The Impact You'll Make

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll be the hands-on partner in our patients’ recovery journeys. Working closely with our licensed Physical Therapists, you’ll help translate treatment plans into real-world progress—encouraging, motivating, and guiding patients through exercises and therapies that improve mobility, strength, and quality of life. Your work will directly impact how quickly and confidently our patients return to doing what they love.

What You'll Do

• Carry out treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, stretches, and mobility training.
• Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises, posture, and injury prevention techniques.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of therapy equipment to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to help patients stay motivated throughout their recovery.

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a PTA.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Attention to detail in following treatment protocols and documenting patient progress.
• A genuine passion for helping others achieve their health and mobility goals.
