Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality.
- Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Menu Assistance: Contribute ideas for new dishes and improvements to existing menu items.
- Inventory Management: Help keep track of kitchen supplies and assist with inventory counts.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
