Looking to earn extra income this holiday season? D.E.K. Delivery, LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers and Package Couriers for seasonal full-time and part-time positions out of our warehouse location in Gaylord, Michigan. No CDL? No problem — this is a Delivery Driver no CDL required role, and we provide everything you need to hit the road. Whether you're looking to stay busy during the winter months or want to earn strong hourly pay with overtime opportunities, this Non CDL Delivery Driver role is a great fit.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay: $22.75/hr with overtime paid at time and a half
• 3k sign on Bonus!
• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week 
• Part-Time: 1–3 days per week
• Shift: Approximately 10 hours, starting around noon (exact start time confirmed upon hire)
• Seasonal Run Dates: October 18, 2026 – January 12, 2027

Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:

As a Non CDL Delivery Driver and Courier with D.E.K. Delivery, your day-to-day will include:

• Report to the warehouse each morning for package loadout and route preparation
• Load and unload packages into your delivery vehicle at the warehouse before heading out on your route
• Follow your navigated delivery route efficiently and complete all stops on time
• Safely operate your delivery vehicle and conduct pre-trip safety inspections in compliance with all local and state driving regulations and company policies
• Scan and manage packages using a smartphone device for GPS navigation and administrative tasks (clocking in/out, team communication)
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery stop, maintaining professionalism in all conditions
• Work in varying weather conditions; ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and repeatedly enter/exit the delivery vehicle throughout the shift
• Communicate effectively with your support team to ensure all deliveries are completed successfully
• Support fellow Drivers on rescue calls when teammates need route assistance
• Return to the warehouse at the end of your shift to complete closeout procedures

 

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have held a valid state driver's license for a minimum of 4 years
• No CDL required — this is a Delivery Driver no CDL required position
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not include marijuana testing)
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Weekend availability is a plus
• Prior delivery or courier experience is helpful but not required
