Job Description :

We Are Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise software development initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established project management methodologies, systems engineering practices, and organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex software development projects, working in Agile and cloud-based environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing executive-level project reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise software development projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure projects follow established project management methodologies, systems engineering practices, and organizational governance standards.
• Perform long-term release planning aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, budget, and resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while escalating critical concerns to executive leadership when appropriate.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, product management, architecture, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile project ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Manage project communications and provide comprehensive written and verbal status reporting to stakeholders, executives, and leadership teams.
• Support delivery forecasting, project transparency, performance metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with technical teams supporting API-driven, integration-heavy, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Promote adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Secure Application Development Life Cycle (SADLC), and DevOps best practices.
• Utilize Agile lifecycle management and project portfolio management tools to track project progress and manage deliverables.
• Foster collaboration, remove project impediments, negotiate cross-team dependencies, and drive successful project outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience serving as a Project Manager within software development environments.
• Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing projects in fast-paced, cloud-first environments utilizing Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Secure Application Development Life Cycle (SADLC), and modern DevOps practices.
• Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level software development initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, quality assurance, architecture, product management, compliance, and operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience delivering executive-level presentations, written reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience managing project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive transparency, predictability, continuous improvement, and successful project delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience using Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Experience managing API-driven integration or data-centric enterprise projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Manager (CPM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting cloud-native enterprise applications and large-scale software implementations.
• Experience implementing Agile best practices, delivery forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong servant leadership mindset with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration in high-pressure environments.
• Experience creating executive dashboards, burn-up metrics, KPIs, and portfolio reporting.
