Key Duties & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Acknowledge all customers with a friendly smile and are highly responsive to needs and requests.
• Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way.
• Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly.
• Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency.
• Accomplish all work assignments with excellence.
• Wrap and stock desserts and supplies.
• Place desserts out for display and monitor inventory of items for sale.
• Keep workstations and areas neat and clean

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $17- $18 . Placement within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs. Magnolia Bakery is committed to providing fair, competitive, and equitable compensation. Final offers may vary based on the unique qualifications of each candidate and applicable laws.
