• Transform drawings and specifications into finished metal structures and components using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding methods.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs to lay out and sequence your work.
• Verify every weld, checking fit, finish, and compliance with project requirements.
• Run, care for, and safely maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Partner with coworkers to hit milestones and keep jobs on track.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your station clean and organized.
• Pitch in to diagnose and fix welding-related problems when they pop up.
