Service Manager

Champion Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, motivated Service Manager to join our Team in Athens, AL. We are seeking a strong leader who can drive department performance while delivering an exceptional experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage the daily operations of the Service Department
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop service department personnel
Monitor department performance, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Ensure customers receive professional, timely, and transparent service
Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and dealership management
Maintain high standards for repair quality, efficiency, and safety
Help develop and implement processes that improve workflow and profitability
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive Service Management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to motivate and develop a Team
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Working knowledge of automotive service operations and dealership processes
A commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction
