We are seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an established architecture practice in Carlsbad, CA. This in-person leadership role is ideal for an experienced architectural project manager who enjoys leading complex projects from early design through construction while developing strong client relationships and supporting high-quality design delivery.

The Sr Architectural Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating consultants, managing schedules and budgets, guiding documentation, and helping ensure projects are delivered with strong communication, technical accuracy, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage architectural projects through all phases, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, and closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, governing agencies, utility providers, and public stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams while managing schedules, staffing, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Oversee construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and project documentation.
- Monitor project scope, quality, code compliance, risks, timelines, and budgets while identifying proactive solutions.
- Support client relationship management, proposals, presentations, interviews, and related business development efforts.

Compensation and Benefits
