Key responsibilities Supervises the operation of a team of examiners handling public entity general liability claims Identifies trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and process improvements Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper claims adjudication Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Five years of general liability claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role Licenses as required and professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
