Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare has moved most positions to a 4 day 9 hour work week with paid 30 minute lunches to promote a better work life balance. Wages have also been increased for our valued current and future employees.

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) has an immediate opening for a full time Receptionist. The purpose of this position is to provide front line customer service, answer general inquiries in person and over the phone, check-in clients, and schedule appointments. Performs data entry, take vitals for tele-psychiatry, and runs daily insurance verification reports. Performs general administrative duties including answer phones, file, copy, scan, and fax, review paperwork and collect money. Training will be provided. Bilingual applicants are preferred for this position. Bilingual employees receive a 10% pay differential.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain Oregon or Washington DL
• Background check clearance
• Ability to meet agency insurance requirements, must submit current motor vehicle record if licensed outside of the state of Oregon

Preferred:

• 1-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant or office specialist with public interaction and front desk reception
• Bilingual - Spanish

CBH also offers sabbatical of 176 hours after 10 years of service and annual elective training fund that includes 40 paid hours for training. Relocation assistance, supervision towards licensure available.
