Job Title: Bilingual Client Service Representative – (English/Spanish)

Location: San Jose, CA (1867 Senter Rd., San Jose, CA 95112)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Language: English/Spanish (Bilingual)
Driving: Required

Job Description

Seeking a Bilingual Client Service Representative – for a 3-month contract opportunity supporting the CA HCO program in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will conduct community outreach, educate beneficiaries on Managed Care Options, assist with enrollment and disenrollment processes, and provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct face-to-face outreach, presentations, and enrollment assistance for beneficiaries.
Educate members on Managed Care Options and health plan benefits.
Process enrollment/disenrollment requests and perform accurate data entry.
Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist with medical exemption and waiver inquiries.
Build positive relationships with county staff and community organizations.
Participate in community events and health fairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and program standards.

Required Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong data entry and computer proficiency.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to travel locally and work from assigned outreach locations.
Prior experience in customer service, outreach, healthcare, or enrollment services is preferred.

Local candidates residing in Santa Clara County are strongly preferred.
