Office Associate

Position Summary

Provide daily office services support, including reprographics, copying, mail, intake, hospitality, reception, audio/visual, and other client services as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain logs and ensure job tickets are completed properly.
• Perform reprographics, mail, and intake services according to established procedures.
• Prioritize workflow and meet contracted deadlines.
• Communicate job or deadline issues to supervisors or clients.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Perform quality assurance on work.
• Load machines with paper, toner, and other supplies.
• Answer phones/emails and place service calls as needed.
• Interact with clients in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Follow Williams Lea and client-site policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office services experience , preferably in legal, banking, or corporate environments.
• Experience with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and related equipment.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional phone and email etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
