On Site Coordinator

The On-Site Coordinator assists teams in meal preparation, service, and cleaning.

Specific Duties Include

• Ensure that all who enter The Community Table enjoy a safe and pleasant environment and are treated with dignity and respect.
• Present a positive and professional image of The Community Table.
• Provide hospitality to guests and provide referrals to guests as needed.
• Serve as supervisor and facilitator for teams, including ensuring that volunteer team leaders receive and understand the menu and assistance with preparation and service of meal.
• Supervise community service workers.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of facilities.
• Communicate issues and events with the Director and other staff.
• Attend staff meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager, Executive Director, or the Board.
• Occasionally lifting of up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to five hours at a time.

Pay : $80.00 per shift (approximately $14.55-$17.78/hr) Shifts are approximately 4.5 to 5.5 hours depending on the day of the week. Looking for help specifically on Tuesdays or Fridays 2:30 pm to 7pm, or Saturdays 8:30 am to 2 pm, or Sundays 12:30 pm to 5 pm
