Entry level position with opportunity to develop professionally.Major Duties :1. Provides Depositary Operation services to non-complex funds2. Is starting to develop a technical knowledge of the fund regulations3. Prepares fund board reports and monthly reports that require a thorough review4. Completes allocated tests as part of on-site inspection process5. Completes fund NAV reviews6. Performs investment restriction oversight including update to the breaches registers7. Requires supervision for the majority of allocated tasks8. Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines9. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts10. Works effectively as a team member but also independently11. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job12. Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the jobKnowledge :Good oral and written communication skills are requiredBasic Functional / Industry Knowledge is preferred.Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.Technical skills / systems knowledge is preferred.Experience :Office experience/OPerationsExcelAttention to detailA College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA, Certificate / Diploma in Mutual Funds) / or studying towards, is preferred Adecco
