- Relevant certifications in Outpatient Therapy

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide mobile outpatient therapy services to patients.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
