Responsibilities Cultivate relationships with clients, understand their event needs, and collaborate closely to tailor experiences that exceed their expectations. Ensure the highest standard of service, food, quality, and presentation representative of ARC. Manage banquet budgets, cost control, pricing strategies, and financial reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within banquet operations or event management in the hospitality industry. Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable role.
