Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care Communities, and/or Home Health SNF: The Belmont at Twin Creeks - Allen; Prairie Estates - Frisco; San Remo - Richardson; The Madison on Marsh - Carrollton; Carrara - Plano HH: Plano, Lewisville, The Colony, McKinney, Carrollton, Coppell, Richardson, Allen, Celina, Little Elm, Prosper, Aubrey, Denton Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services across skilled nursing, long-term care, and/or home health environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving functional outcomes, promoting independence, and enhancing patients\' quality of life.
