Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of a Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Big Flats , NY  team. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule, and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients. .

Responsibilities:

• Service all HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule
• Ensure that work is completed within company standards and within acceptable time frames
• Troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems on-site
• Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
• Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
• Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
• Accountable for following all company safety procedures
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred

The starting base range for this position is $38.00-45.00 per hour . This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
