Responsibilities Communicate via phone, email, and in person with clients, actively listening to their concerns. Enter client and patient information into computer information systems and maintain accurate medical records. Process client payments and invoices. Schedule and confirm appointments with patients. Dispense pharmaceuticals accurately and call in prescriptions to pharmacies. Perform other administrative duties as needed. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent; AAS or higher preferred. At least 6 months of customer‑service experience. Veterinary hospital experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as squatting, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the day.
