Sales Manager - Europe

Position Overview We seek a motivated Sales Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our professional services offerings to ServiceNow customers. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business expansion by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities, strong sales acumen and experience in selling professional services, particularly in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and Security Operations spaces. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business development expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to create customized offerings that align with client needs. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the ServiceNow ecosystem through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both new clients and expanding existing accounts. Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to understand their business challenges and how ServiceNow solutions can address their needs. Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, including presenting proposals, coordinating demos, and closing deals. Special Matter Expertise Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and updates in the ServiceNow platform to effectively position our professional services offerings. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand the value of our offering in driving operational efficiency and business transformation. Relationship Management Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation and that services are delivered according to client expectations. Sales Strategy & Reporting Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets. Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and updates to senior leadership. Collaborate with marketing and solution architects to create tailored content and outreach campaigns that resonate with prospective clients. Conduct competitive analysis and identify emerging trends in the market to help refine sales approaches. Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Qualifications Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on selling professional services, IT solutions, or enterprise software. Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its offerings is preferred but not mandatory. Skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with both client needs and organizational goals. High level of business acumen and understanding of IT services and solutions. Languages Fluent German and English are mandatory for this position. Speaking Spanish is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Certifications (optional) ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, etc.) are a plus. Why Join Us?
