SIMOS is now hiring Embroidery Machine Operators in New Kensington, PA for one of our premier clients! As an Embroidery Machine Operator you will be working with industrial sewing machines to help produce our client's consumer products. Apply today and start your new career!

• 1st Shift: 6 am - 2 pm $15/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm $16/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Use ruler to accurately read measurements
• Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently
• Use ruler to read measurements
• Read and create labels for packaging
• Preparing items for shipping
• Using a computer and scanner
• Strong understanding of written and verbal English
• Basic math skills (Without assistive devices)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time including the possibility of standing for the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Must wear steel toe boots during shift
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Quality and performance focused
• Consistent attendance
• Workplace safety awareness
• Ability to work consistently in a structured environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift 40-45 lbs

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Able to Lift 49 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
