Adolescent Group Therapist: CBT/DBT in Crisis Care

Compass Health Center is launching a Falls Church, VA adolescent PHP/IOP program and seeks an Adolescent Group Therapist. You will lead DBT/CBT groups for ages 12–18, provide crisis support, and assist in discharge planning as part of a new multidisciplinary team. The role starts mid January with 5 weeks of training and is 100% onsite in Falls Church, with cross-training opportunities in adolescent specialty tracks and family coaching.
