What You Bring to the Table as a CNC Machinist Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience required Conventional machining experience preferred Experience with machine setup and operation for both manual and CNC equipment Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T concepts Strong shop math and measurement skills Experience with 2-axis or 5-axis machining preferred Forklift or crane certification preferred but not required Trade school or equivalent machining experience preferred Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly without assistance Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and manual mills and lathes Perform complex machine setups, tooling changes, offsets, and adjustments Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine machining requirements Verify dimensions and tolerances of finished parts using inspection tools Load and unload materials using forklifts, cranes, and hoists Adjust machine controls to maintain quality and production standards Troubleshoot machining issues and resolve production problems Maintain accurate production, quality, and timekeeping records Keep work areas clean and follow all company safety procedures The Real Deal Fair weekly pay without the runaround.
