Laboratory Office Manager
Join Diamond Medical Laboratories, a company committed to delivering high-quality care through our diverse, energetic, and highly trained professional personnel. As a Laboratory Office Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting our Office Operations Director and providing direct client support services.
Job Responsibilities:
Become the first point of support for Office Operations Director
- Oversee Office Dispatch Operations , with dispatch managers and staff reporting up to this role
Ensure the Dispatch team is supported, including calling of criticals, client support, and answering phones
Support Courier dispatch / operations and payroll
Assist the Office Ops Director with assigned tasks, such as HR functions and supply ordering
Adjust schedule to compensate for absent staff to ensure continuous operations
support and or Scan daily documents from Billing or lab staff into the proper data archive locations
Develop expertise in Nexxus and LabDaq systems
Set up new clients and users in the portal
Provide training to new clients and employees
Support CEO/COO Operations Director / Field Operations Manager with daily needs
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Associate's degree or equivalent
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
