Responsibilities Work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers. Arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check that there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Assist customers with tasks such as changed WiFi codes, package checks, directions to meeting rooms, projector set‑up, promoting coffee, printing, and invoice inquiries. Ensure all services are properly charged so that invoices are accurate. Manage mail sorting, notify customers when packages arrive, and handle other customer requests throughout the day. Take a quick coffee break, relax and enjoy a few minutes to yourself, but remain ready for the next round of customer needs. Coordinate with the Community Manager to organize next week’s networking event, write e‑invitations, create, print, and put up posters on the noticeboards around the center. Share details with prospects about what makes the space amazing and encourage them to join the network. Wrap up the day by ensuring the meeting rooms are tidy, directing groups to nearby restaurants, and preparing to head home. A Typical Day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive all throughout the morning, asking for changed WiFi codes, package statuses, directions, projector set‑up, and other support. You ensure services are properly charged, invoices accurate, and handle mail with package notifications. You help with printing, invoices, and open tickets in the service portal when a customer reports issues. You spend breaks for coffee and relaxation, remaining available for customer needs. You sit down with the Community Manager to discuss next week’s networking event, plan and write e‑invites, create and print posters, and put them up in the center. You guide prospects through the space and discuss the network, then finish up posters and wrap up the day’s operations. About You We’re looking for someone who knows how to manage multiple tasks while providing customers with the best possible service. A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience). Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations. Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment. Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old.
