LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MULTIFAMILY
Fort Myers, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
- HVAC experience/certification REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with work orders, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns
- Ability to lead and support a maintenance team
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be available for on-call rotation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete daily work orders and maintenance requests
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community
- Complete apartment turns and make-readies
- Assist with and oversee daily maintenance operations
- Respond to after-hours/on-call maintenance emergencies
- Help lead and support maintenance team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained community
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, has strong multifamily experience , and can confidently handle HVAC and general apartment maintenance.
