Pay Rate: Up to $77/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.

Labor & Delivery RN

- Shifts: 12hr, 19:00-07:00 - MUST BE COMFORTABLE TO FLOAT TO POST-PARTUM 1-2 SHIFTS A WEEK.

Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vitals.
• Administer pain management (e.g., epidurals) and assist during vaginal or C-section deliveries.
• Conduct postpartum monitoring and newborn assessments.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and newborn care.
• Identify and respond to complications.

Requirements:

• RN license in state of assignment *Compact License Allowed**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility**
• Minimum 2-year(s) exp.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Experience in labor & delivery or maternal-child nursing.

Work Environment & Demands:

• Will work every 3rd weekend
• Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).
  
• Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
