CNC Router & Woodshop Systems Maintenance TechnologistT.C. Millwork, Inc. – Bensalem, PA

Can you spot a failing vacuum pump by sound? Turn a servo drive alarm into a five-minute fix? Lead a PM so thorough that downtime barely stands a chance? If this sounds like you, keep reading.

Your mission

Safeguard uptime across a fleet of advanced woodworking machines used to produce custom retail fixtures, cabinetry, and commercial millwork for customers nationwide.

Implement rigorous preventative maintenance on CNC routers, point-to-point machines, edge banders, panel saws, and related equipment.
Hunt down faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and CNC control systems—and resolve them fast.
Jump on emergency repairs to minimize production interruptions.
Partner with operators, programmers, and leadership to squash recurring issues and improve performance.
Keep meticulous service records, PM calendars, and documentation.
Manage spares so the right part is always on the shelf.
Assist with new machine installs, upgrades, and process improvements.
Work safely at all times and follow company policies without compromise.

What it takes

5+ years of CNC maintenance in a woodworking or cabinet manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with CNC routers and woodworking machinery.
Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
Fluency in reading electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Hands-on troubleshooting of servo motors, drives, sensors, and CNC controls.
Analytical, detail-driven, and able to self-prioritize in a live production setting.
