Receptionist

Join Hope Network as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face of Macomb Health Partners. In this part-time, Monday–Friday role, you’ll greet patients and visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate patient and visitor logs. You’ll process check-in paperwork, verify basic information, and direct individuals to appropriate staff or services. Working in a mission-driven, person-centered environment, you’ll collaborate with clinical and support teams, provide compassionate customer service, protect confidentiality, and help ensure a smooth, professional front-desk experience for all.
