Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination.
\n \nPrimary Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Lead planning, design, development, and execution of comprehensive test strategies. \n
- Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases for web-based and enterprise applications. \n
- Partner with software developers, systems engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. \n
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing. \n
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution. \n
- Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing into DevSecOps workflows. \n
- Champion testing best practices across the team. \n
- Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance software quality and program success. \n
Basic Qualifications:
\n- \n
- US citizenship is required per contract. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience. \n
- 8+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience. \n
- Experience testing enterprise applications throughout the software development lifecycle. \n
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes. \n
- Experience developing automated test solutions. \n
- Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and performance testing methodologies. \n
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. \n
- Ability to communicate results and issues to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders. \n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (i.e., Playwright, Cypress, etc.) and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python). \n
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and large-scale systems. \n
- Experience with API, UI, database, and performance testing. \n
- Knowledge of cloud-native applications and containerized environments. \n
- Certifications such as ISTQB, CASTP, CAST, CSTE, Security+, or similar. \n
