Revenue Cycle Training Manager

Developing and delivering comprehensive revenue cycle training programs, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Training Manager will assess training needs, collaborate with business unit leaders, and implement quality data analytics for Yale Medicine's revenue cycle management. Key responsibilities Deliver learning and development programs through various modalities, including instructor-led classes and eLearning Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective training materials and programs Analyze user needs and propose new training initiatives while managing project timelines and deliverables Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational communication, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training and performance improvement initiatives Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design Proficiency in revenue cycle concepts and technical skills related to the medical field Fluency in Epic Professional Billing and other revenue cycle platforms
