Community Engagement Associate

Leading the organization's social media community engagement strategy, the full-time Associate, Community Engagement will manage audience interactions, serve as an on-camera brand voice, and analyze audience insights to enhance communication efforts, with the option to work remotely for the right candidate. Key responsibilities Lead proactive engagement strategies and oversee real-time audience interaction across social platforms Serve as an on-camera brand voice for social content and support event coverage Analyze audience sentiment and translate insights into actionable messaging for various teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or account management Demonstrated experience managing community engagement at scale across multiple platforms Strong strategic judgment with the ability to make independent decisions in sensitive situations Proficiency with social media management platforms and community moderation workflows
