PN Medical Assistant, Internal Staffing

Summary The Medical Assistant will deliver competent and skilled care to patients and families as supervised and assigned by the RN/LVN and/or physician/nurse practitioner. The Medical Assistant will deliver competent care with a team‑oriented attitude and an emphasis on good customer relations and sound clinical judgment. This position floats to the various CCPN office locations as assigned, eager to adjust to a variety of locations, quickly learning differing routines, procedures, and physician expectations. Role model for all staff, displaying strict adherence to all policies and procedures; impeccable judgement. Exhibits extraordinary dependability and adaptability. Extensive travel required. Skillfully and consistently performs daily clinical duties per established policy and procedure. Location Rosedale Office Building Department Locum Tenens and Pool Staff Shift First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours 32 Education & Experience A Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting. 1‑year experience as a medical assistant in a pediatric outpatient care setting preferred. Certification/Licensure Current AHA healthcare provider BLS. Valid Texas driver’s license and current Texas automobile liability insurance. Current National MA certification – preferred. Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Depending on clinic assignment.) Float position will travel to multiple CCPN clinics (Fort Worth & Prosper).
