Responsibilities Psychiatric Charge Nurse (RN) Lead & Coordinate: Oversee patient care delivery, manage unit flow, and collaborate with psychiatrists. Individualized Care: Guide patient recovery across one of our 8 specialized units, focusing on specific ages and diagnoses. What We’re Looking For Valid State of Georgia or eCompact Nursing License. Minimum 1 year of psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience. A natural leader eager to step into a charge role and foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
