2 - 3 years of transmission service, repair & installation experience is required. General automotive repair knowledge is a plus. Candidates should have their own tools and be able to work with others in a clean, professional work environment. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Responsibilities:Removal & installation of automatic transmissions.
Being able to road test & diagnose transmission related issues.
Proficient use of scan tools and other shop equipment.
Ability to work both independently and with others.
General mechanical aptitude & knowledge of automotive repairs
Task oriented and team player mentality. Pay based on experience, health insurance, paid vacation and holidays.
Shop is heated during the winter. Fairfield Automatic Transmission
