The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial properties. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, and maintain a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenants. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities Maintain Bookkeeping and rent collection schedule Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references Accept rental payments and provide receipts Respond to tenant inquiriesAnswer tenant phone calls/issues Negotiate leasing terms and close deals Inspect properties regularly and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned Follow all county guidelines, local laws, and company policies Qualifications Bi-lingual fluent (English/ Spanish) Proven working experience in property management/Bookkeeping High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Experience with property management software preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Abogado Ruiz Law Firm PLLC
