What You’ll Do Oversee the internal operations of the CLASS waiver program and ensure that clients receive the services they need with dignity and respect. Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program. Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload. Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards. Supporting and collaborating with office staff. Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director. Traveling for client visits and community activities. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required). 2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required). Case management experience (preferred). Home health experience (preferred). Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus).
