Position Overview Job Location: 7995 Call Parkway, Batavia, NewYork14020. Job Type: Full‑time, regular. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Department: Medical Oncology. Work Shift: UR – Day. Compensation: $101,254.00 – $131,685.00 (range). This role is a full‑time, primarily day shift position responsible for 24‑hour patient care and nursing activity oversight on the outpatient unit. Responsibilities Maintains 24‑hour accountability for all patient care and nursing activities on the assigned outpatient unit. Oversees and directs unit activities, including standards development, human resources management, assessment of resource needs and utilization, staff development, and communication within nursing practice and among other disciplines and departments. Oversees unit‑level performance improvement activities and participates in institutional committees at all levels. Qualifications BSN required; MS expected within five years. Recent acute care and hematology‑oncology experience required. Demonstrated leadership ability, strong organizational, communication, and assessment skills. Ability to work coherently within a team or independently, making autonomous decisions and multitasking effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
