Hybrid Benefits Analyst - Compliance & Audit Focus

Eversource is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support the Benefits Strategy team with research, analysis and reporting. You will lead ERISA plan audits, manage SOX controls for benefits programs, and coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure strong controls and accurate reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 3+ years in finance or employee benefits. Strong communication and PC skills are essential in a hybrid work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eversource
