Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & VisionDevelop and execute comprehensive health equity strategies aligned with Sanofi's mission and business objectivesProvide strategic guidance on health equity considerations across therapeutic areas and business functionsIdentify emerging health equity trends, challenges, and opportunities in healthcare delivery and accessHealth Equity Integration & ImplementationPartner with Corporate Affairs, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to identify & develop solutions to help address systemic barriers in healthcare access and deliveryDesign and implement programs to improve health outcomes in under-resourced communitiesEstablish metrics and accountability frameworks to track progress and impact of health equity initiativesStrategic Partnerships & Community Health EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with community health organizations and stakeholdersDevelop partnerships with schools of public health to address structural barriers to wellnessRepresent Sanofi in health equity forums and contribute to industry-wide initiativesResearch & InsightsLead research initiatives to understand healthcare disparities and identify intervention opportunitiesAnalyze and apply deep understanding of social determinants of health impacting therapeutic areas of focusGenerate insights to inform program design and resource allocationTechnology & InnovationLeverage emerging technologies, including AI, to advance health equityStay abreast of technological advancements in healthcare and their potential impact on health equityTeam Leadership & Organizational ImpactFoster cross-functional collaboration to embed health equity considerations across the organizationPromote a culture of inclusion and health equity awarenessAbout YouQualifications:Bachelors level degree preferredMD, JD, MPH, MBA and/or MPP or equivalent experience preferred10+ years of experience in health equity, population health, community health, or related fieldsDemonstrated expertise in designing and implementing health equity strategiesStrong understanding of healthcare systems and social determinants of healthTrack record of building successful partnerships with diverse stakeholdersFamiliarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI applications in healthcare and health equityRequired Skills:Deep knowledge of health equity principles and best practicesExcellence in relationship building and collaborationStrong analytical and research capabilitiesOutstanding communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence without direct authorityExperience working with diverse communities and stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKey Competencies:Strategic thinking and program developmentHealth equity expertise and cultural competencyPartnership building and stakeholder managementData analysis and outcomes measurementChange management and influence skillsDeep understanding of social determinants of health and intervention strategiesProject management and execution excellenceTechnology literacy and innovation mindsetExperience with intrapreneurshipWhy Choose UsBring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.
