Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a highly motivated CT Technologist for a night shift assignment in Thornton, Colorado. This role involves operating and maintaining CT imaging equipment, performing a variety of procedures, and ensuring quality patient care. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team, utilizing advanced technology and equipment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, Thursday through Saturday, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of current CT Technologist experience, ARRT (Radiologic Technology Certification with CT specialty), BLS certification, located in Colorado or willing to work in Thornton, CO, with no minimum years of experience specified
• Preferred Qualifications: Night shift experience with trauma Level I or Level II, experience with GE equipment, Meditech and Centricity PACS systems
• Unit Information:
  • Typical staffing includes four CT Technologists plus a supervisor daily, with reduced staffing on weekends
  • Staffing includes two in-house scanners (128 and 16 slice), one mobile unit (64 slice)
  • The team performs procedures such as CTA, abdominal, pelvic scans, and other advanced imaging techniques
  • EMR system utilized: Meditech

  • The unit has new equipment and technology, and the staff has extensive experience, providing a dynamic work environment.
