Intermountain is expanding and we’re hiring! We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, purpose-driven, and dedicated person to join our team as our Residential Case Manager . To be successful in this role, you will:

• Participate in the maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy.
• Serves as the primary liaison for families, addressing concerns and resolving issues throughout the treatment process. 
• Leads and coordinates aspects of the treatment process, including referrals, assessments, intakes, admissions, and discharges. 
• Provides guidance and support to families, including referrals to parent education and training resources

Qualifications:

Required

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in social science or closely related field or equivalent experience. 
• 19 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass a Background check prior to start date
