You will identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues. Ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available to maintain production schedules. **Second Shift approximate expected hours**: Monday-Saturday, 2:30pm-12am with occasional Sunday's. 6-day work week. * Knowledge of GMPs, plant equipment and safety **Physical Requirements** This role requires regular talking and hearing; frequent standing and walking; and occasional sitting, hand use, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, tasting, and smelling. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, plus focus adjustment. The work environment may be noisy with varying hot and cold temperatures. Reasonable accommodation may be provided. Relocation assistance is available for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
