What You’ll Do Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Help with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying) Provide medication reminders (non-medical) Document care and report changes in condition What We Offer $15–$16/hour Paid travel time between clients Flexible scheduling (4–8 hour shifts minimum) Full-time, part-time, and PRN options Daily pay available Paid training & orientation Health insurance options PTO + sick time + birthdays off Time-and-a-half for holidays & overtime Mileage reimbursement Career growth (Lead & Shift Support roles) Supportive, team-oriented environment Insurance available after 60 days What We’re Looking For 1+ year professional caregiving experience preferred CNA or PCA or willingness to obtain certification Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Clean driving record Strong communication and reliability Ability to assist with lifting, walking, and daily care tasks Service Area We serve clients across: Spalding counties (More hours available for caregivers willing to travel across our service area) Schedule Day, evening, and weekend shifts available Flexible scheduling to fit your availability #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Helpers Home Care of Newnan GA
